Terms and Conditions


Refunds are available if notified 7 working days prior to the event.


Any cancellations made within 7 days of confirmed booking will receive a full refund.

No refunds will be given for any bookings made in the 14 days immediately prior to the event for which the ticket was purchased.

No refunds will be given if requested more than 7 days after the original booking.

Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are fully transferable. Please let us know full details of the attendees 7 working days prior the training course.

Amendments to event bookings

We only cancel/postpone events due to less number of bookings or any other unforeseen circumstances.We will contact you 7 working days before the event in most cases and in other situation we will notify you 48 hours prior the event. We will offer you alternative dates when possible and if you cannot attend the given date we process a full refund for you.

Please note we not liable for any loss due to cancellation or postponement of the training.

Venues Re-location

We may change the venue without prior notice. This is due to unavailability of existing venue and when we change we will keep it within a short distance from the original venue.


The materials presented during the training courses are copyrighted and owned by the presenter and are not permitted to share publicly in any forms of digital or print.

Marketing, Privacy and Publicity

In registering for Online Seller UK events, you permit us to use your name in customer lists and other publicity related to the Conference, including interviews, case studies, and conference discussions.

By registering for this event you agree you will be contacted by the organisers with marketing materials associated with the event and also sponsors of the event by email, post, text message and phone.

You hereby waive any rights of privacy and publicity in connection with any Online Seller UK photographs and films that have been taken of you or in which you may be included with others during the Conference.


We may use your testimonials, the brand logo for marketing purposes. Please do let us know if you are not comfortable with this.

No Shows

If, for whatsoever reason, you or your delegates do not turn up for the event (a “no show”) this shall be considered a cancellation. You will be charged the full amount for your place and a refund will not be given.
