Step 1: Set Date, it best to look at least 6 month data
Step 2: Select Email from Channels Tab under Acquisition
Step 3: On Secondary Dimension “select hour”
Step 4: Here you will be able to see
- Hour which shows time of the day
- Number of sessions on each hour of the day which help you understand what was the best time when most people clicked on your email
You may also find additional information useful such as which was most visited landing page, how long visitors stayed on your website after clicking on a link on your email campaigns and if you are an online sellers, you will even see sales value corresponding to each hour.
